Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the driving of a business skik without a license plate 125CC.

On October 31, 2014, the Defendant driven the above Orabab on the 21:50 on October 31, 2014, and proceeded six-lanes in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes from the ero digital body area to the ero-mail station, and stopped to the left.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as kneeeing, in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, to the victim through occupational negligence above.

2. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving at the 3km section from the front of the distance of the new forest culture in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of Dongjak-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license around 21:50 on October 31, 2014.
