Defendant

A is the representative director of the limited liability company B in Jeju, and the defendant limited liability company B (hereinafter referred to as "defendant company") is a corporation established for the purpose of fire-fighting system business, etc.

1. No person awarded a contract for fire-fighting system installation to a third party shall subcontract fire-fighting system installation;

Defendant

A around October 25, 2016, among the “F apartment housing and appurtenant welfare facility construction works,” which was conducted in Jeju by the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., subcontracted the construction work in the field of fire-fighting machinery from June 2017 to August 2018 to the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.

As a result, Defendant A subcontracted the construction of fire-fighting system to a third party in violation of the subcontract restriction provisions under the Fire-Fighting System Installation Business Act.

2. Defendant B Co-defendant A, the representative of Defendant Company, committed the above violation regarding the Defendant Company’s business at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
