1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) It is indicated that the land investigation division prepared by the Land Investigation Authority of the Joseon General Co., Ltd. was subject to the land investigation of the Suwon-gun D, Suwon-gun, the address of which was located in Suwon-gun, 29 March 29, 191 (hereinafter “instant situation”).

(2) The name of Suwon-gun F was changed to F in 1949, and the name of the administrative district was changed to F in Sung-si on March 21, 2001. The name of the administrative district was changed to F in Suwon-gun on March 21, 2001. There is no evidence to know at any time when 390 square meters was divided in Suwon-gun C.

(4) The land cadastre of this case was written as H’s land cadastre, which was written as the owner, and again written as the Defendant, and its history column was written as “The lease price is opened to the next column by the Land Taxation Basic Act of August 15, 1994 (Seo-gu, 1961).” The above land cadastre was restored by the former Cadastral Act (wholly amended by Act No. 2801, Dec. 31, 1975; hereinafter the same).

(5) The farmland ledger of the instant land is written as J in the previous owner’s column, and is written as K in the distribution column.
