1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The land investigation division prepared by the land investigation authority of the Joseon General Co., Ltd. is indicated as being subject to E on May 18, 191 (hereinafter “instant situation”) with respect to the land investigation of Suwon-gun 969 square meters (3,204 square meters) prior to D, Suwon-gun, Suwon-gun (191).

(2) The name of Suwon-gun F was changed to the name of the administrative district F in 1949, and on March 21, 2001, the name of the administrative district was changed to F in Sung-si.

B. (1) On November 11, 1968, G forest land of 876 square meters, C forest land of 1,941 square meters (the land category was changed before December 23, 1968) and H forest land of 387 square meters were divided, respectively, from 969 square meters (hereinafter “F”) in 96 square meters (hereinafter “D land before division”).

C The sum of 1,203 square meters from the previous 1,941 square meters to the J land on March 27, 2015, and C was divided into a total of 1,203 square meters from the I land to the J land.

C The land category was changed on August 24, 2015 to a factory site on August 24, 2015, and on September 10, 2015, 379 square meters of H factory site and 90 square meters of K factory site were combined, and 1,207 square meters of land for C (hereinafter “instant land”).

(2) As to the instant land, Defendant B completed the registration of initial ownership (hereinafter “registration of initial ownership”) on February 26, 1970, and on April 6, 2015, the Defendant Southern Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) completed the registration of initial ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration of initial ownership”). The Defendant Industrial Bank (hereinafter “Defendant Bank”) made the Defendant Company as the Defendant Company and completed the registration of initial ownership transfer (hereinafter “the registration of initial ownership”). The registration of initial establishment (hereinafter “the registration of initial establishment”) was completed on April 20, 2015, consisting of the maximum debt amount of KRW 720,000,000 with the Defendant Company as the Defendant Company, and the Defendant Bank (hereinafter “Defendant Bank”)’s total debt amount of KRW 1,40,000 with the maximum debt amount of KRW 1,40,000 on June 1, 2015.

(3) Meanwhile, on February 26, 1970, Defendant B completed each registration of preservation of ownership on G forest land of 876§³ and H forest land of 387 square meters.

C. On March 24, 1941, E died on a short-term 4281 (the 24th 1948), E was a child of M, N,O, or P, but all of the above children were married.
