Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) on September 26, 2014.

The defendant is the representative of the D Co., Ltd. located in the Seoul Building 307, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and is the employer who conducts building management business, etc. using 13 full time workers.

1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act;

(a) When an employer who has violated the obligation to liquidate money or goods against a retired worker dies or retires, he/she shall pay wages, compensations, or any other money or goods within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Provided, That the date may be extended by an agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the sum of F’s wages of 2,50,000 won in October 26, 2006 and wages of 2,500,000 won in November 2012, and wages of 2,50,000, and wages of 2,50,000,000 won in December 2012 at the management office of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel, etc. was not paid 7,50,000,00 won in addition to the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, such as the payment of the total amount of wages of retired workers, G wages of 9,17,420 won in total, as described in the list of crimes in the list of crimes.

(b) An employer who violates an obligation to pay wages shall pay workers' wages on a fixed date at least once a month;

Provided, That this shall not apply to wages, allowances, or other similar payments, or those wages prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from May 16, 2005 at the management office of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu Office of Etel, etc., the total of KRW 2,910,000,00,000,000,000,000,000 in October 2012, and the wage of KRW 970,00,00 in December 2012, shall not be paid on the 10th day of each month, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
