1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 30, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

According to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the plaintiff agreed to lend 15 million won to the defendant on April 8, 2014 at interest rate of 3% per annum and on July 31, 2015, and paid 15 million won over three occasions from April 8, 2014 to April 15, 2014. The plaintiff agreed to lend 25 million won interest rate of 3% per annum and July 31, 2015 to the defendant on July 31, 2015. Thus, the plaintiff's obligation to pay 30 million won per annum from June 26, 2014 to July 31, 2014, deducting 30,000 won per annum interest rate of 300,000 won from July 31, 2014 to interest rate of 30,000 won per annum and interest rate of 4.7 million won per annum.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
