1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 90 million and its KRW 10 million, the Defendant’s KRW 40 million from August 21, 2014 and KRW 40 million.

The Plaintiff shall set the due date of repayment of KRW 10 million as of August 20, 2014; ② as of September 27, 2013, the due date of repayment of KRW 40 million shall be determined as of April 1, 2014; ③ as of May 8, 2014, the due date of repayment of KRW 15 million shall be determined as of August 31, 2014; ④ as of November 27, 2014, each lease of KRW 25 million shall be decided as of November 26, 2015, and as of November 26, 2015, the Defendant shall have an obligation to provide the Plaintiff with KRW 90 million as of the borrowed amount of KRW 40 million as of August 21, 2014; and as of KRW 15 million as of KRW 700,000,000,0000 from the due date of repayment of KRW 250,015,251.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
