Punishment of the crime

From November 13, 2017 to April 23, 2018, the Defendant is a person who worked as an instructor at a ESA’s private teaching institute in the operation of the victim D (n, 49 years old) with the fifth floor of the B building in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, as an instructor.

1. On April 16, 2018, the Defendant defamationd the victim’s reputation by publicly expressing false facts by stating that “A student who was engaged in a school course against the second-class students of the above private teaching institute, who was a graduate of a high school, was on the f from the fact that the president illegally graduated from a high school, was driving a driving school, while illegally driving a driving school before 6 and 7 years, and his parents would be able to die with the police, and were protruding back to G.”

2. 모욕 피고인은 2018. 4. 25.경 위 학원에서, 피해자를 상대로 "야 니가 씨발, 내 성추행하는 것 못 봤다, 니는 니 카톡에 다 있거든, 니가 내 찝적거리는 것 증거자료, 미친년아, 미친년아 지랄하네, 나이 50 쳐먹고 그 지랄하나, 미친년아 지랄병하네, 미친년이 보자 그래 미친년아 보자 그래, 나이 50쳐 먹고 그 따위로 살지 말라 미친년아, 사기나 치고 애새끼들한테, 학생들 아니야, 이 씨발년아"라고 공연히 큰소리로 말하여 피해자를 모욕하였다.
