A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on February 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by taking advantage of an electric cable 2,400 meters prepared in advance at the market price of KRW 1,233,00,000, which was installed inside the purchase pipe managed by the victim C, who is the head of the electric station at the site of the new building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building of the building in the Namyang-si,

4. At around 20:00 on April 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed electric wires of 1,500 meters at the market price managed by the said victim at the same place; and (b) destroyed them by the same method.
