The judgment below

Although examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the subject of reporting obligation under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation by violating logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
