All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. While examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant A’s appeal in light of the relevant legal doctrine and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on fraud and perjury, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

2. As to Defendant D’s final appeal, Defendant D did not submit a written reason for final appeal within the submission period of the written reason for final appeal, and Defendant D did not state the grounds for final appeal in the final appeal.

3. All appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
