Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with C booms.

On September 13, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 06:40 on September 13, 2017, and operated the two-lane road in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, in the direction of Daegu-gu within the direction of the two-lane road.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check and drive the course safety by properly examining the right and the right of the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the Victim F (74 years old) who was crossing the road on the right side from the left side of the running direction of the said vehicle due to negligence, and received the full side part of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to low-blood shock, multi-marcation, etc.
