Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a concrete mixture truck.

On February 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the above truck around 13:10 on February 12, 2018, and moved the two lanes in front of the D in Busan Young-gu C from the industrial road to the Busan Gyeongdo major road.
