Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker who has been working in Busan Traffic Corporation C, located in 140 Busan Seo-gu, Busan Seo-gu.

Social service personnel shall not leave their service or fail to serve in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on December 20, 2013; August 4, 2014; March 16, 2015; September 29, 2016; September 30, 2016; October 31, 2016; March 2, 2017; March 3, 2017; and March 9, 2017, absent from office without permission to Busan Metropolitan Transport C for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
