A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker working in literature C.

Social service personnel shall not leave their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, from November 6, 2017 to November 10, 2017, the Defendant left office without permission for a total of eight days from January 6, 2017, and from January 2, 2018 to January 3, 2018.

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the conditions favorable to the reasons for sentencing as set forth below) is that the defendant, as a social service personnel, has deserted from his service for a total of eight days without good cause.

However, the fact that the defendant recognizes and reflects the crime, the health of his father seems to have been the main motive of the crime, the fact that he faithfully serves in the future, and the fact that he has no record of the crime is considered as favorable circumstances.

In addition, the sentencing conditions shown in the arguments and records of this case, such as the defendant's age and family relations, shall be determined as per the disposition.
