A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the 30 years of age) are married couple and are currently in a divorce lawsuit.

1. On March 3, 2019, at around 12:00 on March 3, 2019, the injured Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, talked about the victim and marriage life with the victim, was injured by the hand floor of the victim, taking the victim’s face and breast part by drinking, and taking the victim’s face and breast part by drinking, resulting in an injury, such as satise satis, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.

2. Violence;

In addition, at around 18:20 on the same day, the defendant, at the defendant's house located in Kimhae-si Kim Jong-si, used a part of the victim's face in drinking for the reason that the victim makes a false statement about the case occurred in the elevator, and used a part of the victim's face in drinking, and assault the victim by taking part in the body.

B. On June 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on June 16, 2019, the Defendant: (b) was preparing to move back the Defendant’s house in a tight brush, as indicated in paragraph (1) at the Defendant’s house; (c) reported the victim to take out the Defendant’s water brush pattern; and (d) reported that the victim “I wanted to live in the male eye, I would have returned to the victim”; and (d) during the victim’s movement for reasons that the victim’s behavior is more active, the victim’s face was humping of the victim’s face; (d) the victim opened the apartment brush and kneed the victim’s head; and (e) returned to knekne with the victim’s knekel, and (e) reported the victim’s assault once by her kneking.
