A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on May 15, 2014; imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and four months for larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and on August 8, 2017, with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court’s Western Branch Branch on July 7, 2018.

[2018 Highest 2213 [Defendant] around 11:55 on July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, a customer, to prepare food for the victim; (b) made use of the gap in preparation for food in the kitchen; and (c) made use of the gap in the victim’s cash in preparation for food at the kitchen; (d) KRW 150,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of Samsung 4 mobilephone in the restaurant; (e) KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s property from July 16, 2018 to August 9, 2018; and (e) made use of the gap in preparation for food at the kitchen; and (e) took advantage of the victim’s property at least 10,000 won in total;

[2018 Madern 2783] On August 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim G, located in Suwon-si F, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Sinwon-si, with the highest number of customers, and (b) made the victim’s words “H H Hp,” and (c) made the victim’s words “hing eight folds inside the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the subject of reservation,” and then cut off the wall of the market price where the victim was 20,000 won in cash within the bank owned by the victim.”

In addition, from August 15, 2018 to August 16:15, 2018, three 1.270,000 won in total and 1.270,000 won in total, as shown in the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 3.
