Punishment of the crime

[2] On September 5, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Support of the Mangwon in Ansan-do, and on May 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch on May 7, 2010. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Seoul District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan-do prison

[Criminal facts]

1. On August 6, 2018, the Defendant committed a theft with money and valuables worth KRW 6,350,000, total market price owned by the victims five times from August 21, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1, including: (a) the victim I, in the house of the victim I, located in the voice group H of Chungcheongbuk-gun; and (b) the victim’s cash owned by the victim located in the bee and inside the bee and in the bee and offline; and (c) the victim committed a theft with money and valuables worth KRW 6,350,000,000, total market price owned by the victims over five times, as shown in attached Table 1.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to two or more penalties due to habitual larceny, and was habitually stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.

2. On August 14, 2018, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without a driver’s license for six times from that time to August 24, 2018, as shown in the annexed crime No. 2 attached Table 1, 2018, by driving a vehicle with approximately four km section from the Do located in the voice group B of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Jin-gun, and driving the said vehicle without a driver’s license for six times from that time.
