1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 25,99,911 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 5% per annum from April 30, 2014 to April 24, 2018; and (c) April 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, as a medical specialist of the sexual surgery, is a person who closed the instant hospital around April 30, 2014 while operating Dsung (hereinafter “instant hospital”).
B. On January 23, 2014, the Plaintiff visited the instant hospital and consulted the Defendant on the necessity of “morine urgical surgery” and “local transplant,” and around 9:00 a.m. on March 5, 2014, the Plaintiff received the primary surgery on the part of both sides of the instant hospital, using the Defendant’s house and urgical surgery (hereinafter “the primary surgery”) under the Defendant’s house around 9:0 a.m., and received the primary surgery on the part of the instant hospital, and was unable to properly walk after the surgery. Despite the fact that the rhetoric phenomenon appeared on the part of the surgery, the Plaintiff received the surgery on April 3, 2014 (hereinafter “the second surgery”).
C. Even after the second surgery, the Plaintiff aggravated the face, and even on both sides, the Plaintiff appeared to have a trupture.
In the process, the defendant was absent from the hospital due to Chinese business trip, etc., and the plaintiff and his family members who resisted to this process prepared a letter of statement that "the defendant is responsible for medical treatment and expenses for surgery", and closed the hospital of this case after the transfer to the "E Hospital" on April 30, 2014.
On May 3, 2014, the E Hospital had been performing several dystrophic surgery on the symptoms, such as internal gystrophy, inner gystrophy, and restoration of fystrophy, and detailed infections (hereinafter referred to as “the instant injury”), and conducted several dystrophy surgery on May 3, 2014, when the Plaintiff was performing dystrophy surgery on the dystrophy and the left side.
