Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2013, from around 21:30 to 23:30, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at the “EM store operated by the victim D (Woo, 58 years of age) located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s restaurant by avoiding disturbance by having the victim and his customers take a bath for about 2 hours, such as “the victim and his customers,” and having them go to the same place, and continuously, from around 5 minutes of the day to around 5 minutes, the Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s restaurant.”
