A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall take in or inhale toxic chemicals (hereinafter referred to as "hestic substances") which cause smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia, or possess them for such purposes.

On May 23, 2014, at around 08:40, the Defendant inhaled off the air conditioners established after the “C” located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, in front of the enjoyion of fuel dust in two parts of the light gas, which is a hallucinogenic substance purchased at the neighboring convenience store (including laveran, Embane, Embane, Embane, and propane) purchased at the neighboring convenience store.
