A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 22, 2010, the criminal defendant against the victim C stated that "the defendant would pay interest on the third part of the month and pay the principal to the victim C within two months if he/she borrowed the loan that he/she intends to repay to the bank." The defendant stated that "the defendant would pay the interest on the third part of the month and make a request for the repayment of the principal within two months if he/she lends the loan that he/she intends to repay to the bank."

However, at the time, the Defendant did not engage in the bond business and did not receive money from others, and her husband did not have received the government-funded construction, and her husband did not have received any money from the victim for the purpose of lending money and the preparation of living expenses without any specific property. Therefore, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to make a timely repayment of the borrowed money to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 42.9 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired the money by deceiving the victim in total nine times from the date and time to September 19, 201, as shown in the crime list, including the transfer of KRW 488,618,00 in total.

2. On June 201, the criminal defendant against the victim G made a false statement to the victim G at a mutually infinite restaurant located in the Sung-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, stating that “The victim G would be repaid within two months if he/she lends money to the victim G for the purchase of sckes necessary for his/her business.”

However, the fact that the husband of the defendant at the time does not have to purchase booms, and even if he borrowed money from the victim without any specific property, he can pay it in time.
