A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 08:25, 2017, around 08:08:25, the Defendant used the victim E (45 years) who is a neighboring resident of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “the victim”); (b) expressed that there was no money, and (c) there was a demand for tobacco consumption into “D”; and (d) expressed that there was a demand for tobacco consumption to the victim; (b) expressed that the victim again requested one cigarette consumption; and (c) expressed that the victim’s left part of the snow was 3 times, bucked twice with the hand room, and assaulted the victim, such as two bucks and four bucks.

around 11:00 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant assaulted “H” restaurant operated by the Victim G (52 aged) G (52) located in Busan Shipping Daegu F (hereinafter referred to as “H”), on the ground that the victim’s desire was breaddbing and breaded, but the victim’s desire was boomed due to the ebbbbbbbbbbing, and was flading twice the part of the victim’s clothes by drinking.

around 19:00 on May 8, 2017, the Defendant, “K” operated by the injured party J in Busan Shipping Daegu, Inc., the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant, using a cresh in which the said injured party sits in a cater and is engaged in other business; (b) using the cresh in which the said injured party is deemed to sit in the cater and thereby doing so; and (c) using the cresh in which the market value of KRW 1,350 on the part of the injured party, which is kept in the cater, was 1,350,000.
