Defendant

A is a person who operates a game room in the name of "E Gameland" in Thai City D, and Defendant B and Defendant C are people working in the above game site.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who provides game products with the contents different from those of the rating shall provide them for the distribution or use of game products with the contents different from those of the rating received by the Rating Board;

Nevertheless, from January 12, 2016 to February 18, 2016, the Defendant selected the highest number of the three numbers among the three numbers presented in each game in its original game, and then received a rating with the content of “settlement screen” indicating the sum of the scores obtained by customers. Nevertheless, the defendant, at the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph (1), as mentioned above, when operating a game room, points equal to the amount of such inputs are displayed on the screen, and 100 won per game shall be deducted, and 1,000 won shall be paid in the event of winning, and 10,000 points in the event of the appearance of horses, and 30 if the horses appear, 10,000 points in the knife.
