A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 6, 2013, the Defendant returned to D around 04:35, the victim E (the age of 42) returned from the taxi, and went to the victim with a mind to steals the money and valuables of the victim, and followed the victim.

The Defendant: (a) threatened the victim with a deadly weapon of 15cc in advance (15cc in blade length) that the victim had to move to the studio 303 in the above D; (b) prevented the victim from resisting, and then, (c) obstructed the victim from resisting to the 30,000 won of 40,000 won of 30,000 won of the market price; (d) 14K Hamnmnmnnmn equivalent to 500,000 won of the market price; (e) 1 straw lmnmnmn for men; (e) 20,000 won of the market price; (e) 1 gellmnmnmnmn for men; (e) 90,000,000 won of the market price; and (e) 1,000,000 won of the total market price of 1,500,000 won of the market price.

2. At around 04:43 on the same day, the Defendant posted the e-mail card, as above, from the G convenience store located in F, to the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim BGF set up at the above convenience store, entered the password obtained from E, and then withdrawn KRW 520,000 in total twice.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
