The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, as the representative of the Kicheon-si Seoul Special Metropolitan City Development Bank Co., Ltd., 502, operated wholesale and retail businesses by using one full-time worker.

피고인은 위 사업장에서 2010. 8. 23.부터 2013. 6. 30.까지 근로하고 2013. 7. 1. 토ㅟ직한 D의 2012. 8. 상여금 100만 원, 2013. 4. 상여금 100만 원의 합계 200만 원과 퇴직금 1,776,606원을 당사자 간 지급기일 연장에 관한 합의 없이 퇴직일로부터 14일 이내에 지급하지 않았다.
