A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on the street map in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, 154, such as the victim B (the age of 57), used pro rata blades (15cm in total length, 5cm in knife length) as a dangerous object in the victim’s item, and used the victim as the victim’s face at once, on the ground that the victim, as the victim B (the age of 57), she had drinking alcohol, had her drinkd and carried himself/herself, and was unable to do so.

2. On April 10, 2019, at around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) reported the instant special assault case to the police in front of the victim’s house located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, on the ground that the victim reported the said special assault case; (b) the victim left the DDap vehicle’s glass room in front of the victim’s vehicle parked therein; and (c) continuously breaking the victim’s house entrance door, entrance door, house door, and house door glass installed at the victim’s house entrance; and (d) the victim entered the victim’s house to the victim’s house room, stating, “I die the victim by putting the victim’s house with gal, galsia, and consideration.”

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim and infringed on the residence of the victim for the amount equivalent to 50,710,000 won.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) committed an injury on the part of the victim at around 10:00 on April 11, 2019, when the victim reported the case to the police, such as the above special assault, “I will die. I will die. I will do so.” In this title, I am back the victim’s clothes, which is a dangerous object previously possessed. I am back the victim’s face. I am back the victim’s face by taking care of the victim’s face, and then, I am back the victim by taking care of about two weeks.
