A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:50 on November 21, 2018, the Defendant was able to take care of the victim C, without any justifiable reason, in front of the Yanju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Yan-gun, the victim C, who was aged 54, at the site of the construction. The Defendant was able to take care of concrete stone, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area, and the victim C, without any reason.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On November 24, 2018, around 20:00, the Defendant stolen the following: (a) at the F convenience point of the operation of the Victim E in D; (b) at the rate of 20:80 on November 24, 2018, the Defendant: (c) at the rate of 21,80 won in a cooling and display room using a cresh in which female employees’ surveillance was neglected; (d) 200 million won in total; (d) 2000 won in a flusium;

3. Around 16:00 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went to the residence of the victim H located in G; (b) and (c) “Bara” from the victim, “Bara, her mar, her mar, her mar, and her mar,” and added one of the items, which are dangerous objects in the ma, to the hand, so as to have approximately KRW 1.50,00 won of the repair cost by looking at the ventilation of the septic tank.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim and damaged the victim's property by carrying dangerous things.

4. At around 16:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) caused a special damage to a community hall located in I; (b) caused a decline pipe (a) which is a dangerous thing located therein, without good cause; (c) caused a loss of the community hall owned by the victim’s name in favor of the victim; and (d) destroyed a glass window in which the repair cost would be approximately KRW 50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

5. On December 19, 2018, the Defendant reported to 112 on the Defendant’s house located in J around 14:45, stating that “in knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.”
