Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 25, 2014, at around 03:30 on January 25, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the 29-year-old) who is a resident living at the 9th floor below the Defendant’s house in Suwon-gu building A, Busan, the Defendant reported the Defendant to the police on the ground that he was a serious disturbance, etc. of the Defendant.
