1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 18, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant on April 18, 2012, and KRW 7 million on October 2012, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 37 million and damages for delay.

2. In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in the testimony of the witness C, the Plaintiff’s lending of KRW 30 million to the Defendant on April 18, 2012 and KRW 7 million on October 2012 may be recognized.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 37 million and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 18, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
