A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2013, the Defendant: (a) knew on the fact that a female-friendly job offering C had a sexual intercourse with D while coming to death with the Defendant; (b) knew that C would not enter the house while drinking together with D; and (c) provided that C would have a sexual intercourse with D, and that C would have a sexual intercourse with C first put it into the house, and that C would have a sexual intercourse with D.; (d) so, the fact was well known that C was sexual intercourse under the agreement with D, and that there was no rape.

Nevertheless, at that time, the Defendant: (a) expressed that C was raped from D by reporting D to the police station and receiving agreed money; and (b) received agreed money, and (c) expressed that C was willing to report D’s conscience.

Thus, around November 29, 2013, the Defendant reported to the effect that C had C, a Daegu Women and School Violence Victims Support Center in Seo-gu, Seogu, Seo-gu, Daegu, reported to the effect that “D, the Hafab Efabrate, was forced to go off and rape C, and thus punished.”

However, the fact that C, along with D, did not raped D only by entering into a sexual intercourse with D, by entering into an agreement with D and entering into a sexual intercourse with D.

Accordingly, the defendant had C make a false report of D and abetted C to make a false report.

2. The Defendant: (a) filed a false report by C; (b) filed an application with the victim’s public defender; and (c) upon the appointment of a public defender, C refers to: (a) around December 2013, 2013, the Defendant told C to the effect that “I would like to notify C of the parents as to whether I would like to pay money if I would like to know that I would not pay money.”
