Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant driven BM3 motor vehicles at approximately 2 km from 0.183% of alcohol level during blood transfusions to 1-2 upper and lower level of 1-2 square meters from Y3 meters in the Gu of Materna to 1-2 upper and lower level of the same Eup/Myeon.
