Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2017, the Defendant driven a B K5 vehicle at the section of approximately 1.5 km to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon located in the 2nd district of the Gandong site in the Gannam-nam Eup site in the Gansung-si in the Gansung-si in the Gannam-si site of 0.160% alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level around 23:30 on June 9, 2017.
