1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) D is a person who, while entering the military training center around May 10, 2014 and serving in the military in around 2014, was treated in a hospital affiliated with the Plaintiff, such as E Hospital and F Hospital, with the right knee on its upper floor, and was diagnosed by the multiple sub-compactia (CRPS) after the transfer to a private hospital, and was diagnosed by G as the birth of D, after being admitted to the military training center on March 5, 2015, after being treated in the area of H hospital and F hospital. 2) The Defendant is a public broadcasting business entity for the purpose of broadcasting business, etc.
B. The Defendant’s broadcast 1) broadcast of the instant program as indicated in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant broadcast”) with the title “I” from program B on January 9, 2017 as the title “I” (hereinafter “instant broadcast”).
