A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2016, the Defendant damaged another person’s property by affixing a table to a physical disease without any reason under the influence of alcohol within the “D key store” operated by the victim C(34 years of age) located in Jeju-si (hereinafter “C4”), and then destroying another person’s property by attaching a table to a physical disease under the influence of alcohol.

2. Interference with business;

A. On May 10, 2016, at around 01:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bar business by force, such as: (a) having a toilet under the influence of alcohol in the D week located within the D week operated by the Victim C (Nam, 34 years of age); (b) having an employee take a bath to other customers in the business place; and (c) having an employee take a large voice to take a bath; and (d) having an employee take a bath to other customers, he/she interfere with the victim’s bar business by force.

B. From around 02:20 on May 10, 2016 to around 02:43 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s hotel lifts business by force, such as: (a) on the ground that the victim C (ma, 34 years of age) was drunk in the F hotel in the state of being drunk, and was not present at his/her marriage ceremony, on the ground that the victim C (mai and 34 years of age) was not present at the F hotel; (b) on the ground that he/she was not present at his/her marriage, he/she was set up and set up a click sofa, and that he/she was flick at the time of the marriage ceremony, and that he/she was flicked with the

On the other hand, the Defendant continued to commit assaulting the victim’s right shoulder and knife the victim’s knife at one time with his/her right knife with his/her left drinking.
