A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is a person engaged in driving a rocketing or other car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and violation of the Road Traffic Act;

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the victim C, the victim G, and the victim I (the 34 years old), who was on board the said car, by causing about two weeks of medical treatment, such as clocks, etc., and at the same time, to the extent that the repair cost, such as the exchange of the said D Mlsta car, is 2,429,986 won, such as the cost of repairing the said D Mlsta car, to the extent that the said D Mlsta car is 1,812,180 won, such as the cost of repairing the Flth car exchange, etc.
