A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and a fine not exceeding two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on May 15, 2019 and completed the execution of the above punishment on June 21, 2020.

[Criminal facts]

1. 2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 제 1 항 일시, 장소에서 제 1 항 사건으로 112 신고를 받고 출동한 서울 마포 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 순경 G으로부터 현행 범인으로 체포되어 순찰차에 탑승하라는 요구를 받자 이를 거부하면서 순경 G의 배 부위를 발로 차고, 순찰차 안에 앉은 이후 고개를 숙이고 있던 순경 G의 얼굴 부위를 발로 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.

3. On July 2, 2020, the defendant visited the "I" convenience store located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H around 16:00.
