Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was divingd on a three-story parking lot under the ground of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Building on April 23:30, 2018; and (b) solicited a police officer, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from 112, to leave a taxi and return to the Defendant; (c) during the process, the Defendant solicited a police officer to leave the taxi; (d) the police officer, who was sent to the site; and (e) the police officer, who was flicked on the part of the police officer, was flicked on the part of the police officer’s body.

Despite the police officer's warning, the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 Report Report case was obstructed by the police officer's hand, such as intending to catch up the D's shoulder.
