Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above cases against the defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is not a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or an entrusted business entity shall not engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the results of public offering by issuing (including the issuance through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto;

Nevertheless, the Defendants predicted the actual results of the games, such as the livestock shed, the farm district, and the port, and conspired to operate an illegal sports gambling site that pays gold according to the actual results of the games to the members who predicted the result according to the ratio of distribution. The Defendants were in charge of opening and operating the 'J', 'K', and 'L', which is an illegal sports gambling site, in the Chinese depth, in the Chinese Cheongcheon-do, and leading the members of the organization while operating the 'L', which is an illegal sports gambling site, in general. M was in charge of managing the presidential passbook and managing the causes of the subordinate organization and the Defendants are in charge of managing the said illegal sports gambling site, and the Defendants conspired to play a practical role in operating the said illegal sports gambling site.

2. Criminal facts;

A. According to the aforementioned public offering and role sharing, Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) from November 14, 2015 to December 19, 2015; (b) from October 15, 2015 to December 28, 2015, Defendant B operated “J”, which is an illegal sports gambling site, and “K,” in operating an apartment in the Chinese heart from October 15, 2015 to December 28, 2015; (c) transferred 33.1 billion won in total from members of the above site to a new bank account in the name of the N, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form; and (d) deposited the same in the game amount to members; and (e) caused members to go through the said game money before holding the sports event, such as a stable, farming district, and air exhaust, thereby making members deposit money in accordance with the actual results of the sports.

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
