1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Nos. 3 through 21 of seized evidence shall be taken respectively from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results;

Nevertheless, the Defendants predicted the outcome of the games, such as the stable, chill, and mouth, and intended to operate an illegal sports gambling site that pays money according to the ratio of distribution to the members who correctly predicted the outcome of the games. The Defendants were in charge of leading the members of the organization by opening, controlling, and operating "H," which is an illegal sports gambling site in the Chinese depth. The J (one year imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the National Sports Promotion Act from Hayang Support, May 31, 2016) takes charge of managing gambling funds and subordinate members under the direction of the JJ, and K (the sentence of two years suspension of the execution of imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the National Sports Promotion Act from Hayang Support on May 31, 2016) took charge of the actual operation of the above illegal sports gambling site, and the Defendants conspired to act in charge of engaging in the solicitation of gambling in the above gambling site.

Accordingly, from May 19, 2015 to February 3, 2016, Defendants introduced the above gambling site to many and unspecified persons by conducting personal broadcasts using a computer at the home of the 501-dong L Building 501-2305, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (M 501) and Defendant A of the 501 of Gangnam-gu (M), thereby allowing them to join the above site to gambling, and K to exchange the gambling fund from members who joined the above site with money transferred from the members who joined the above site in accordance with the direction of J to deposit the money in the game amount, and to make the members walk the above game money by predicting the success of sports games, such as the mouth, farming district, and distribution, before holding the games, and based on the result of the actual games.
