Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2015, at around 23:17, the Defendant driven the B K5 car volume owned by the Defendant from around 4km to the front side of the same new, Changdong-dong Haakdong-dong, in the state of alcohol of 0.164% of blood alcohol concentration.
