The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car as a duty.

On September 29, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.194% on blood alcohol level around 17:20 on September 29, 2013, driven the volume of one km car owned by the Defendant from the front day of the White Scam Holdings in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the upper day of 756-11, 1km-dong.
