1. Defendant B shall have the Ulsan District Court on April 2, 2004 with respect to each of 1/6 square meters out of 1,124 square meters in Ulsan-gu F. F. 3, Ulsan-gu to Defendant C, D and E.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and Defendant B referred to as the sales contract and the title trust agreement 1) from G on March 30, 2004, as the name of the Plaintiff and the title trust agreement 1,594 square meters in Ulsan-gu H 1,594 square meters in the front.

(1) The sales contract of this case was purchased in total of KRW 265,200,000,000,000,000 for each one-half share (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

(2) However, the Plaintiff, Defendant B, and G decided to complete the registration of ownership transfer on the entire H land as a matter of the qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland, etc. (2) The Plaintiff and Defendant B paid 1/2 of each purchase price to G on April 30, 2004, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on H land by Ulsan District Court No. 31740, Apr. 30, 2004.

3) On February 22, 2007, H land is 470 square meters in H field and 1,124 square meters in F field (hereinafter “instant land”).

(B) The Plaintiff and Defendant B divided the compensation. B) On July 31, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into an authentic deed of a monetary loan agreement with Defendant B, stating an agreement to waive the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land under the name of the Defendant if the Plaintiff is unable to repay the loan by the due date. (b) On September 20, 2008, the due date is 20% per annum; and (c) the due date is 20% per annum; and (d) if the Plaintiff is unable to repay the loan by the due date, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement to waive the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land under the name of the Defendant.

2) The Plaintiff paid to Defendant B a total of KRW 35 million on September 19, 2008, and KRW 15 million on October 7, 2008, and KRW 35 million on October 7, 2008.3) The Plaintiff paid Defendant B a deposit amount of KRW 2467, U.S. District Court Decision 2014, Jul. 22, 2014; the Plaintiff paid the outstanding amount of KRW 15 million on July 31, 2008, and the outstanding amount of KRW 50,000,000,000 from September 21, 2008 to July 22, 2014, KRW 17,506,849,3250,589,000 annually calculated on September 22, 2014.
