1. Defendants A and B shall be sentenced to two years of imprisonment; Defendants C and D shall be sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment; Defendants E, F and G shall be sentenced to one year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

N and P have invested money to investors to the effect that each P is working for the business representative of Q Q Co., Ltd., the Defendant A, and B and R, each group head of each group, Defendant C, and each group head of each headquarters, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant F, the head of the Center in Daegu Center, Defendant G, and Defendant G, and the head of each team leader in writing center and T and U may bring 7% profits each week when investing in the credit card immediate settlement system company. N andO are responsible for raising investors through Defendant A, D, and T, S, U, and R, and P are responsible for continuously making investments, and P is responsible for receiving N’s investment funds and remitting dividends that are added to profits after the lapse of a certain date.

No one shall engage in a business of receiving contributions under an agreement to pay the total amount of contributions or an amount in excess thereof to many and unspecified persons in the future without obtaining authorization, permission, making registration, reporting, etc. under Acts and subordinate statutes.

Nevertheless, in collusion with P, N,O, T, S, U, and R as above, at a place where the location is unknown on or around August 3, 2011, Defendant E makes an investment within 7 percent within one week in the immediate settlement system company of W with the offering of investment funds from P, N,O, T, S, U, and R; Defendant E makes it possible for investors to pay 5 percent of the investment principal and dividends; and Defendant A and B received 10,000,000 won per day from V to December 28, 201 of the same year (excluding this case, 214, 215, 1037, 1038, 129, 1230, 1237, 128, 281, 207, 205, 207, 200, 2000 won per day from the second day to the second day of the same year).
