Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, etc. sexual traffic for business purposes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a marina business with the trade name "E" on the D branch of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, from April 25, 2016 to December 16, 2016, from March 12, 2017 to March 22, 2017, the Defendant installed ten rooms in the above place, and received 80,000 to 10,000 won from unspecified men who found the above business place, and led them to sexual intercourse or similarity with women, such as female F, G, etc., with the nationality of Thailand.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
