Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 High Court 211" is a victim B (n, 60 years of age) and a legal married couple or a divorce lawsuit.

1. Around April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sought to exchange the victim’s name with D located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) demanded the victim to transfer the victim’s name; and (c) took a bath.

Therefore, in order to prevent this from reporting to the police with a cell phone, the defendant assaulted the victim's arms and shoulder with his hand while attempting to keep the above cell phone from committing a crime.

2. 협박 피고인은 2019. 4. 24. 12:30경 위 D에 피해자를 만나기 위해 다시 찾아간 후 피해자에게 차량 명의를 이전해달라고 재차 요구하였으나 피해자가 이에 응하지 않자 피해자에게 ‘나 오늘 너 죽여 놓고, 나도 죽는다, 불태워 죽인다, 진주 방화사건처럼 내가 그렇게 못할 것 같냐, 나무 한조각 막아 놓으면 꼼짝 못하고 죽는다’라고 말하는 등 피해자의 신체에 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯한 태도를 보여 피해자를 협박하였다.
