A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant was aware of the fact that the Defendant was attached the vessel signs of the Eindo Ship G (1.27 tons, H) in the top group of the E in the steering house, while undergoing a regular inspection of the E in the front-nam Do Branch, located in the C in the Dondo Branch, Jeonnam-gun, and the inspector D, from the inspector D, he was carrying the vessel signs of the E in the front group of the steering house.

Nevertheless, from May 29, 2017 to June 23, 2019, the Defendant operated E with the sign of G’s fishing vessel attached at the front sea at the front of the front sea area, where the front sea area of the west-do, all of which was the front sea area.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.

2. No person who violates the Fisheries Act shall capture or gather marine animals or plants by any method, other than those of fisheries under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act;

Nevertheless, from 09:00 to 12:00 on June 23, 2019 to 12:00, the Defendant: (a) worn scoo equipment, such as Schlage, oxygen supply equipment, and oxygen lives, at the neighboring sea of approximately 100 meters in south-do, the Defendant laid down the scoo equipment, i.e., scood in a size of KRW 100,000,000 at his/her hand; and (b) taken five kmgs at the market price of KRW 100,000,000 at its own expense.

As a result, the defendant, using scoo equipment, engaged in fishery activities and taken marine animals and plants by fishing methods other than those under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act.
