2. The portion of the claim against the defendant corporation, A, B, Gender Equality Co., Ltd., C, D, F, Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., one mining industry, G, H, I,K, L, and Thai Forest Co., Ltd.

A. Based on the facts, (1) Defendant Dour-Wur-Wur-Wurg Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Dour-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wed

(2) On May 3, 2012, Defendant A and Defendant Dhurg’s assignment and notification (A) drafted a statement of direct non-performance to transfer KRW 35 million out of the instant claims to Defendant A. On May 7, 2012, the notice was sent to the head of the authority to authorize the transfer of claims with a content certification with a fixed date, and the said notice reached the head of the authority to authorize the head of the authority to authorize the transfer of claims.

(B) On June 16, 2012, Defendant A and Defendant Ahhur-hurg drafted a direct and written consent to transfer KRW 62 million out of the instant bonds to Defendant A. On June 18, 2012, the notice was served to the head of the authority to authorize the transfer of the instant bonds with a certified fixed date; and the notice reached the head of the authority to authorize the transfer of the instant bonds around that time.

(3) On May 3, 2012, Defendant B and Defendant Dhurg’s assignment and notification (A) drafted a statement of direct non-performance to transfer KRW 10890,000 out of the instant bonds to Defendant B. On May 7, 2012, the above fact of assignment of claims was notified to the head of the authority authorized to authorize the transfer of claims with a content certification with a fixed date, and the above notification is given.
