Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor on August 10, 2017, with prison labor on the following grounds: “2017 Highest 6142” / [criminal history] on August 10, 2017: (a) the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on night buildings, larceny, etc.; and (b) the judgment on November 7, 2017

[2] On June 8, 2017, at around 03:27, the Defendant: (a) opened a “D” restaurant operated by the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government B Victim C; (b) went into a closed entrance; and (c) collected money in KRW 30,000,000,000,000 from the victim’s cash owned by the Defendant on the settlement stand. [2017 Height 646] [criminal record] on August 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor on the grounds of intrusion building and larceny at night, etc. in the Suwon-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 7, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 19, 2017, from around 21:27 to around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) entered the password of the joint entrance of the first floor in front of the Daejeon Jung-gu E apartment building 304 Dong 304; (b) went into and intrudes a resident; (c) cut off the top floor from the 22th floor, and dup a stolen bicycle on the 15th floor, and then cut off the victim F’s bicycle in front of the market value of the 600,000 won.

2. Around 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant intruded the E apartment in the same manner as Paragraph 1, before the front of the said E apartment 303 door, and obstructed the stolen bicycle in the same way, while the Defendant was spamed with the victim G, who was set up in front of the front of the 1301 entrance door, leading one loglight bicycle at the market price of KRW 5.80,000 in the front of the 1301 door.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon another person's residence at night over two times.
