On April 13, 2016, around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) cut off trees at a locked locked installed outside the Nan operated by the victim M in Seongbuk-gu L, Sungnam-si, by cutting down the lock and cutting down trees to the locks installed outside the Nan where the victim M; and (b) then cutting off the lock amounting to 120,000 won at the market price, which is owned by the victim and kept in the air conditioners.
